I don't icon animes much, even though I love watching them, so a multifandom round looked like the perfect opportunity! I struggled a bit with those due to lack of time and motivation so it's not the batch I'm the proudest of, but I still think I'm getting somewhere. I hope.

Back to Marvel for this round! Guardians of the Galaxy is a really fun movie, and turns out it's just as fun to icon. I ended up with waaay more screencaps than what I needed, though, but I'm sure I'll find a use for them!

This round of disneykrumkakes could be summed up by "if you don't know how to make it simple, make it complex". I experimented a bit here and there, followed some (great) tutorials, tried to do something a bit different. And I must say I'm quite happy with some of the results!

The first icons I made were oddly "easy", and I was quite happy with them. But after that, it got harder, and there's quite a few rejects because either I got a better idea or the icon just didn't match what I had in mind. Oh, and text still isn't my strong suit. Ah, well.

I picked option #3, which means that I used one song for all my icons: Sia's Alive. Hover on the icons to see the lyrics that inspired them!

I love working with textures, so I took option 3, which means I was provided with 10 of them and had to find creative ways to fit them into my icons (or to organize the icons around them). I had a great time!

I'll definitely work more on Legend of Korra in the future. Love this show so much, and the animation is absolutely gorgeous!
